This event is all about teaching you how to create, convert, and close more full-arch cases. We’ll cover building funnels, creating avatars, and using lean scripting for lead nurturing and increasing case acceptance. Check the site agenda for details on each section. Our goal is to give you practical skills to improve your full-arch case management.
The Full Arch Advantage event, in partnership with BioHorizons, is for dentists, treatment coordinators, dental assistants, and marketing managers. Dentists can increase full-arch cases and level up their team. Treatment coordinators can improve sales skills for conversion and closure. Dental assistants can expand knowledge and assist in successful treatments. Marketing managers can develop effective strategies to attract more full-arch cases.
This event covers a range of topics, including creating ideal client avatars, building effective marketing funnels, and crafting compelling assets. It also delves into key metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness and nurturing leads for successful conversions. Participants will learn about patient financing and the best practices for closing full-arch cases, along with legal considerations and techniques for building a strong tech stack. Each attendee will receive a resource guide that will act like your playbook. The guide will feature an expanded note section, QR codes for all the resources, templates, and worksheets that were covered during the event. This resource guide will be your go-to playbook for setting up, converting and closing your full-arch cases.

Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking. You can join the networking breakfast and lunch events on both days, as well as a special evening networking event.
Early check-in and registration will be available on the evening of Thursday, August 17th, followed by two full days of the Full Arch Advantage on August 18-19, 2023.
To register, please visit our registration page and follow the following steps:
- Select the “Get Tickets” button.
- Enter the total number of registrations you want to purchase and apply any applicable promo codes.
- Proceed to check out.
- Enter the billing name and information for all the registrations.
- Provide registration information for each team member, including their name and dietary restrictions.
- Double-check all the registration information for accuracy.
- Select “Place Order” to complete the registration process.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

You do not need to print out your registration for entry. We will have your name in our database, so all you need to do is approach the registration desk, provide your name, and you will be checked in.
Your registration includes access to the two-day Full Arch Advantage event. You will also receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days, as well as a reception on one of the evenings.

No, the event will not be recorded and available for later viewing.
Unfortunately, there will not be a virtual option to attend the Full Arch Advantage.
Yes, 16 CE credit hours! After the event, attendees will be emailed a certificate of verification from the Oral Reconstruction Foundation who will submit your credits to AGD/PACE. If you would like to submit your credits to any other organization, you may do so with your certificate of verification.

We do not provide refunds, however, we do offer the option to receive a credit that can be applied towards a future event. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to a team member at no additional charge.
